I explained I would like an estimate on installing a sediment trap and drip pan for my water heater, he said he needed to check out the water heater to make sure everything is up to code before he could give me an estimate. Since it was a free estimate, I said OK. He was able to go in the afternoon of the same day. After checking, he said everything else was fine and he could do the installation the next day. As promised, he showed up today to complete the work. He sent me the before and after pictures so I could see what he did since this is my rental property and I was not onsite.


    The fact that he wanted to check it out FREE to make sure the water heater was up to code before he gave an accurate estimate showed that he is an honest man with integrity. I also want to point out that his price was a lot more reasonable than another company I had called before him.
